Messaging services and compliance
Customers are responsible for the content they send and must send messages only to recipients who have given consent. Use must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including TRAI regulations (DLT) for SMS and voice, WhatsApp Business and Google RCS policies, and Election Commission guidelines where applicable. We may suspend services used for spam, fraud or unlawful content.
Software services
Access to software products is provided on the plan you choose. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the data you enter.
Pricing and payments
Prices are as quoted in your proposal or plan and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Message credits and setup fees are non-refundable once used or delivered, unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All website content, branding and software remain the property of Buddy Infotech or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delivery delays caused by telecom operators or third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
